We were searching for a flat in and around perungalathur with proximity to bus stand and railway station. We saw many constructions, but were not satisfied. At that time luckily we came across Pearl Sardar, a project by Pearlconstruction.
The design details were impressive and the construction was executed meticulously with all the intricacies involved, without compromising the quality. The builders of Pearl Constructions are friendly, flexible and transparent with the buyers.
Hence we booked another flat too.
We thank Pearlconstruction for delivering the project on time as promised at the time of booking, which builders rarely do.
Last but not the least; you have added a patriotic fervor by fixing the profiles of freedom fighters in the staircase. I am glad to know that the land was owned by a freedom fighter. The Pearl Sardar apartment is a Jewel of Perungalathur.
We wish the co-owners a prosperous and happy living.
